***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***

• All attendees must register and obtain wristband before 2AM EST.
• If you have not registered and obtained your wristband before 2AM EST, you will not be allowed entry regardless of payment status. No exceptions.
• If you attempt to enter without purchasing a pass, without a wristband and/or with an invalid wristband, you will be removed and banned from the event.
• A ticket does not guarantee entry. Entry is granted at the hotel, security and organizers discretion.

TRANSFERS: Ticket transfers to new ticket holder are allowed before January 2, 2026 for a $30 processing fee. Ticket transfers to future editions are not permitted. Please contact us directly at NYSBKZCongress@gmail.com for a transfer.

ACCIDENT WAIVER LIABILITY RELEASE

YOU HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE
New York SBKZ Congress and all divisions thereof of any and all liability and responsibility for injuries, sickness, pandemics, accidents, natural disasters and/or acts of God incurred during participation in and/or instruction of workshops, rehearsals, performances, private lessons, or any activity you may participate.

YOU WAIVE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE
from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, economic loss or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including you traveling to and from this event.

THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: New York SBKZ Congress and their owners, employees, volunteers.

YOU INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE
the entities or persons mentioned in this waiver and release from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity or event, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to
the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

By your presence here, you certify that you have read this information and fully understand its content. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter or participate in the event.

By entering, attending and/or participating in the event, you are deemed to have given a full release of liability to the released parties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your acceptance constitutes a binding agreement to these terms, regardless of whether you have fully comprehended every provision therein.

PARENT/GUARDIAN WAIVER FOR MINORS Under 18 years old

The parent and natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity, has consented to his/her child or ward’s participation in the activity or event, and has agreed individually and on behalf of the child or ward, to the terms of the accident waiver and release of liability set forth above.

The parent or guardian further agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties referred to above from all liability, loss, cost, claim, or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor, the parents, of the legal guardian.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By your presence here, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry to this event or participation in individual or group photos/videos constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording to any use, in any and all media now or later known in perpetuity, of
your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with New York SBKZ Congress.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by your participation. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter or participate in the event and do not participate in any individual or group photos/videos.

Furthermore, you authorize and agree that New York SBKZ Congress may take and use photographs/videos of you and/or your child for purposes of record keeping, advertising, and marketing. You understand that you do not have any rights to these photographs/videos and will not be compensated for the same.

Your receipt of this ticket means you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all applicable terms and conditions. Your acceptance constitutes a binding agreement to these terms, regardless of whether you have fully comprehended every provision therein.

CODE OF CONDUCT

New York SBKZ Congress (“Event”) is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all individuals in attendance, including but not limited to attendees, performers, staff, contractors, vendors, volunteers, and affiliated personnel (“Participants”). Participation in the Event is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and adherence to the following Code of Conduct. By attending or participating in the Event, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms set forth herein.

1. Professional and Respectful Behavior

Participants shall conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all times.

Discrimination, harassment, abuse, or other forms of inappropriate or unlawful conduct based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law will not be tolerated.

2. Consent and Physical Interaction

All physical interactions, including but not limited to dancing, must be predicated on clear, affirmative, and voluntary consent from all involved parties. Consent may be revoked at any time, and Participants must immediately respect such revocation. Any form of non-consensual physical contact, coercion, or intimidation constitutes a violation of this Code and may result in removal from the Event.

3. Prohibited Conduct: Sexual Harassment and Misconduct
Sexual harassment and misconduct are strictly prohibited and may include, but are not limited to:

·      Unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors;
·      Verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment;
·      Lewd or sexually suggestive comments, jokes, gestures, or propositions;
·      Stalking, intimidation, or persistent and unwelcome pursuit of another individual.

Violations of this section are considered serious and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including permanent expulsion from the Event and referral to law enforcement, as appropriate.

4. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility

Participants are expected to behave in a manner that promotes a safe and healthy environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

·      Maintaining appropriate personal hygiene;
·      Wearing suitable attire and footwear;
·      Refraining from conduct that may pose a risk to oneself or others, including reckless dancing or disorderly behavior.

5. Substance Use and Impairment

The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Participants who appear to be intoxicated or otherwise impaired in a way that endangers themselves or others, or disrupts the Event, may be removed at the discretion of Event organizers or security personnel.

6. Enforcement and Reporting

Any Participant who believes they have been subject to or witnessed a violation of this Code is strongly encouraged to report the matter immediately to the Event organizer. The Event will review and address all reports as confidentially as reasonably possible and reserves the right to take corrective action, which
may include, without limitation:

·      Immediate removal from the premises;
·      Permanent ban from future events;
·      Notification of appropriate law enforcement authorities.

The Event reserves the right to take action based on available information and is under no obligation to disclose findings or outcomes to the reporting party or the accused.

7. Acknowledgment of Terms

By registering for, purchasing admission to, or attending the Event, each Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code of Conduct in its entirety. Your acceptance constitutes a binding agreement to these terms, regardless of whether you have fully comprehended every provision therein. The Event reserves the right to amend this Code at any time without prior notice.

Any and all reports should be submitted in writing to the Event Organizers at
NYSBKZCongress@gmail.com.

Failure to comply with the above standards may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and/or exclusion from future events. The safety, dignity, and well-being of our community are of paramount importance.
